I am Anas, a professional sports trainer with a certificate in sports & physical education, and extensive experience in swimming, running, cycling, bodybuilding, fitness and many more sports... I hold multiple certificates in sports training, swimming, marine rescue and first aid... I have been coaching swimming for more than 4 years and fitness & bodybuilding for more than 3 years... With a background in sports nutrition and experience in various sports such as football, table tennis, and badminton... My goal is to help people achieve optimal fitness and health in the most affordable and efficient way.
